Judges for Wave Hack 2026 are appointed through a structured and selective evaluation process conducted by the organizing committee in collaboration with academic and industry advisors. The objective is to ensure that all appointed judges demonstrate exceptional expertise, established professional credibility, and the ability to independently evaluate innovative and technical submissions across domains.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates considered for the judging panel must meet one or more of the following:

Expertise in Core Technical Domains
Applicants must demonstrate strong domain knowledge and practical experience in at least one of the following areas:
Cloud Computing
Enterprise Data Architecture
Generative AI and Advanced AI Systems

Professional or Academic Standing
Applicants should hold senior or distinguished roles in industry or academia, such as:
Principal Engineer, Architect, or Technical Lead
Director, Vice President, CTO, or equivalent leadership roles
Researcher, Professor, or Faculty at an accredited institution

Demonstrated Impact and Recognition
Candidates should have a proven record of impact, which may include:
Leadership in high-impact technology initiatives
Peer-reviewed publications, patents, or recognized contributions
Experience in judging, reviewing, or evaluating the work of others in technical, academic, or professional settings

Selection Process
All nominations are reviewed by the Wave Hackathon Organizing Committee in collaboration with the event advisory board.
Selections are based on:
Depth of technical expertise
Professional achievements and recognition
Prior experience in independent evaluation or judging
Alignment with hackathon themes and innovation areas
Ability to provide objective and merit-based assessment
